About the design

"CRITICAL WELLNESS"

In a world where "wellness" has become a lifestyle trend, I wanted to question what it truly means. The word on this shirt might seem simple, but it carries a deep tension.

To me, true wellness is not about green juices, spa days, or self-optimization. It’s about remembering. Reconnecting with the water that flows through us — and through all life. It’s about changing the illusion of separation.

"WELLNESS" on this shirt is not an aesthetic — it's a mirror. A prompt. A whisper asking: Are you really well? Are we well as a collective? And what does our planet need in order for us all to be?

This design, like my tattoos at Vision Vortex, invites reflection and reconnection. With ourselves, with each other, with Earthmother. Only when we restore that connection, can true healing — and true wellness — begin.

With this T-Shirt we support Sea Shepherd fighting shark finning and illegal fishing in the ocean.
